My internal mark going in is not good

So just received my maths 2u marks- 60%. Previous to getting this back I was sitting around 80% after 3 tests. Now, it has brought me down to 73%, which is my internal mark that is getting submitted. What are the chances of getting a band 6, I'd honestly be lucky if i get a band 5 at this stage with my crappy mark. Please be honest, anyone have past experiences about doing bad internally then smashing the HSC. Need some encouragement :(

What's your rank?

We haven't received our ranks for this task yet but prior to that I was coming 11/31, and I know that it was only a couple of marks that separated us all, like if I had gotten an extra few marks I would be like 7th or something. I know this trial exam will bring my rank down real bad

You can definitely still get a Band 6 - Smash your HSC exam, and try and help out your cohort to pull them up as well. Hard work can do great things - Good luck! ;D

I did a 27 mark jump in English last year (from 50 to 77% in trials). If you put heaps of hard work in and improve there is no reason why you wouldn't be able to get a band 6.
Class of 2017 (Year 12): Advanced English, General Maths, Legal Studies, Music 1, Ancient History, History Extension, Hospitality
2018-2022: B Music/B Education (Secondary) [UNSW]

I had an internal average of 69% for 2U maths last year (this included my 56% mark for my trial exam rip). Though if you really smash your HSC exam itself, you can get a Band 6- or at least a Band 5. I did ended up getting a 82 which is a huge jump from 69% for my internals :) Good luck!
Which will hold greater rule over you? Your fear or your curiosity?
