Basically a meet up at Monash has been an idea that's been going around for a while, so I thought we could discuss the possibility further in a separate thread. All the details are still in the works, so let's get talking!

We need:
- a time (probably sometime in O Week, I think we said? When's the best day in O Week for everyone?)
- place (probably somewhere on the original Clayton campus??)
- probably a host (anyone? I'd host if I wasn't running in and out of Honours training myself.)

Any suggestions?

Yeah that sounds good to me AngelWings. Trouble is most of the time that I’m in during o-week I’ll be on my clubs stand signing up members. however I’m sure i should have some time free, possibly on Thursday depending when im locked into the stand. I’d suggest we meet up at one of the concerts on the lawn possibly and then show the newbies around from there.

I'll probably only be semi-avaliable during the week - going to Monash most days but that includes some volunteering/work time :D

Place i'm thinking Lemon scented lawns atleast to meet up.

It would be handy for anyone keen to post in this thread to get a gauge of who's intrested.

Definitely interested, but have orientation camp from Wednesday to Friday of o-week. Judging by everyone else's availability, which seems to be at this same time/later in the week, I might have to miss it :(

I know Lemon Scented Lawns always is packed with club tents during O Week so maybe under the “I know, I don’t know” beside it?

We have a winner! Wednesday afternoon it is! Now if only someone is willing to host...

I should be free sometime between 1:30-2:30pm. Shall we go with 12-4pm sometime? What do you guys think?
