Does anybody know what enter scores are need to get into Bachelor of engineering at Monash? And the duration? Do you have to do it through a arts or enviroments or something?

For the single Bachelor of Engineering degree, it is 4 years full-time and 8 years part-time.  More information is located here.

As for the ENTER, last years clearly-in ENTER was 91.15.  Check VTAC's Course Search for more info.

Of course all the above information will change if you decide to do a double degree with your engineering degree.

No, you can get into Engineering as soon as you finish year 12.  I think you're thinking about the Melbourne Model which only applies to The University of Melbourne.

Middle band - probably did a bunch of those bonus subjects, maybe SEAS app? I dunno. Theres a decent % of ppl below the clearly in that still get accepted.

what are the bonus subjects? methods,spesh,chem,phys?? How does this bonus thing work?

The bonus subjects depend on the course, check your VTAC guides. What it does, I believe is help bump up your score for that specific cause only, which may help you jump the ranks of people who haven't taken that subject.
