Try some videos on Youtube, or look at examples in your textbook.
Remember SOH CAH TOA. Btw the tests usually won't test us the exact value of Sin, Cos or Tan (we need a calculator), probably something like Cos30. Plus they will give questions that are simple, as we have only 30 secs do to them.
Keep trying.  ;) ;)
Try this link: http://www.mathwarehouse.com/trigonometry/sine-cosine-tangent-practice3.php
Good luck.

Thanks so much! Atm I'm doing practice essays under random topics. Today I did a prac report on heart rate or something like that. Would be allowed to submit them so somebody can correct for us?

You guys I'm like stressing so much. I have no idea what to practice for science and I have some topics down for maths, but I'm also mostly clueless about that too lolol. What's with listing your achievements and things? I thought we only had to talk about them in the interviews.

The formulas and content has been posted at the beginning of this thread. I would recommend timing yourself when doing practice test and essays.

Most people had issues with completing the maths section in time but science was fine imo

I actually found the mathematics test (not the numerical reasoning) easy since I did it in the Year 8 selective high school exam (the Year 8 one is pretty similar to the Year 9 JMSS one).

Highly doubt it, logarithms should take at least 1min-2min. Yet I am revising on fraction indices and normal indices laws. Logarithms are based on indices, I think...Nevertheless it is a high chance that they will not include this. But I will learn the basics, just to be on the safe side.
Kind Regards,
Arun

Hi there!

Answering your question, when I did it last year, there were no log questions, so I would assume that there wouldn't be one in your exam paper this year (I guess it's good to do it now because there could be a chance that logs would appear in your paper, as it lies in the Year 10 maths curriculum).
