I am currently doing criteria 8 for my software SAT... do I need to do a student evaluation of the program I have created?

I haven't done Software Development but looking at the SAT criteria on page 12 here it specifies to get full marks you must meet this criteria:

Student evaluation explains in terms of efficiency and effectiveness how specific features of the solution meet all functional and non-functional requirements. Makes reference to a coherent and comprehensive set of criteria.

That is the document provided by VCAA and it specifies you must do a Student Evaluation.
