Hey I've looked at the notes on VCEIT for this key knowledge point and considering that we don't need to know about gantt or pert charts, there's really not there for me to work from. Can anyone give me a general idea of what's important for this key knowledge point?

The way I interpreted this study design dot point is that it refers to the type stuff you need to do to actually get a project running smoothly - from start to finish. e,g, you have to figure out what you need to do, figure out what you have available to you, figure out who will do what (and when), figure out a schedule/deadline, and whilst you're actually working on the project monitor that you stick to the schedule, budget and what not.
