Is there any way to see how your wam stacks up against others? Speaking specifically for Bsc.

Not super reliably. It's supposedly about 15% that get an H1 in any given subject, and you can get a bit of sense where the top few percent sit by the discussion here about Dean's list (usually around 86ish for Science I think).
