Are the answers to exercise 17.2 wrong?

why are the answers at the back of the book completely different to the solutions i downloaded. I have the new version of the book so it excludes GST so that can't be the issue.

So my bank balance at the end for january is correct when looking at the solutions but way off according to the back of the book.
But my balance for february is wrong, i got (13100).

If anyone has done this can they confirm.

I just did it and got
Jan balance at end: 1350
Feb balance at end: (13100)
Mar balance at end: 5950

I don't think you're wrong, it's probably the book (it's known to have heaps of mistakes!! ><!)

Skipped parts of chapter 14 though, don't like that chapter. Will have to go back.
Also left the last two exercises of each chapter for sac revision.
