I’m not sure whether to apply for catagory 3. I have had some mental blips but I don’t know if I can say it’s affected my schooling. It has affected me during tests but I don’t do that thing we’re you go to another room? I see a psychologist so would I ask them? Or do you have to have a definite diagnosis for something?

It sounds like you've effected your schooling if it's effected your tests. Imo talk to your psychologist about whether they'd be happy to write a supporting statement for you and see how you go :)
