Wanted to offer some gratitude to insanipi for constantly stepping in and doing some technology-related stuff for me. It's hard whilst being in China and stuck with just a MacBook so it seriously helps :)
I wanted to post it here instead because of the different vibe the post suggests

I’m grateful that I found this thread so I don’t have to make one myself!  :P

In a developed nation such as ours, it’s easy to just let life rush by and forget about the little things. Electricity, wi-fi, cooking facilities and even an education (never thought I’d say it). It’s kinda sad that it takes suddenly adverse circumstances to fall upon a young person living somewhat comfortably and in a generally affluent part of the world to realise, it’s the little things that often make the greatest difference.

I’ve been quite mentally and physically weak the past few days. I spent pretty much all of yesterday either in bed or questioning why school was even important. I guess it was my body and mind’s way of telling me to slow down and just reflect more often. I think we all should.

And you, ATAR Notes. Where do I begin? I haven’t seen any of you in person, but I’m grateful to all the people on this site and forums who’ve provided support, either directly or indirectly.

This won’t be the last time I post in this thread, I can promise you that. The weather may be depressing, your day may have been terrible, but there is always something to be grateful for. You just have to look deeper.

So grateful that I have a warm bed, that I have access to heating and jumpers and blankets.

Today, I'm grateful for the gift of music. Brightens up my day, no matter how dark and gloomy it seems. I'm also thankful that I have ears that can actually hear.

So grateful for ANs' decision to provide a 28 day free trial of EdUnlimited. I just made an account and I can already tell that some of this material is much needed for me ahead of exams. My subscription will will definitely be needed until the end of the exams!  ;D
