I've had a look at your oral - I'm assuming this is a kind of early draft. You have a strong opening anecdote and you could actually return to this idea in your closing remarks.  I've made a few suggestions on the attached version but I think it would also be a good idea to try to reduce the length of some of the quotes from your research. Definitely name your experts and sources but paraphrasing their views will give you more space to develop your argument and employ persuasive strategies. Also, some teachers don't like "firstly ... secondly" so you might like to give a bit more thought to the structure of your topic sentences.
