Allied Health in Years 11 and 12

If you do Allied Health in Year 11 and 12 (taking into account that it counts as a 10% increment towards your ATAR), will it count as your 5th AND 6th subject? Does this mean that you can technically do a redundant 1/2 in Year 12 and only do 4 3/4s altogether?

Thanks in advance :)

As far as I'm aware, it counts as one subject (ie. one of your bottom 2). You can't do a unit 1/2 in Year 12...

User "REBORN" did this VET if I recall correctly, might be worth shooting him a PM.

A bunch of guys are doing it in our yr lvl. From what I know doing a VET for one year counts as one subject. So if you do it for 2 years it counts as 2 subjects. And MHS will make you do another actual 3/4 in yr 12. So if you do a VET you will be doing 5 subjects at school and the VET. So when you recieve your atar one of ur subjects will not count if your VET is higher.

Hi
I am interested in doing allied health cert3 if it counts as  5th and 6th subjects. Could you please let me know what else to be done other than the course at Tafe. It says they only give one lot of 10%. Do you need to do another VET subject in year 12?
Thanks
