Safe or risky path?

With only a day to go, I am still unsure about my preferences! With my atar, I can get into both of my dream courses but I don't know which one to do. Please help me!

Course #1: Flexible subjects, scholarship, has been my goal for the year, seems obvious choice

BUT...

Course #2: New course so not sure how it will turn out but has the potential to be more employable than course 1, very very small chance of a scholarship, small cohort, seems really exciting

Basically, course 1 is the 'safe' path and course 2 is the 'risky' path. Which one should I choose?

Me personally I would choose risky. I'm sick of safe.
2012: Biology [below expectations]
2013: English [below expectations], Chemistry [results pending way under expectations], Methods [below expectations-but happy], specialist [happy], physics [happy]

Risky path, and be proud of it.

EDIT: Really depends on the course. Sometimes things aren't 'risky' as you think they are.
