Well, for the short story, I'm going to have a creative assessment task for it, and although the teacher went through it with the class and annotated it. I still feel like I need an in-depth understanding of the story, especially when it comes to the characters, as well as the metaphors and imagery.

I need to write a creative response based on this short story, anyone got ideas of what I could write about? I was thinking to write about Billy's mum or the lady who moved in from the city.
