I just wanted to know how my study score for Eal score will be affected if I'm only ranked against one student and I am ranked one. My school does not wish to combine with any other school for ranking moderation
Thanks in advance

As long as you are rank one in SACs, your moderated SAC mark cannot be negatively affected by someone else in any way. If you get the highest exam mark then you will receive that as your moderated SAC mark, or if the other person in your cohort gets the highest exam mark then you will also receive that as your moderated SAC mark.

Hi what would i have to get on the remaining sacs to get at least a 40 in each of these subjects. I have been incredibly lazy so far and i really want to do well and get at least 40 in each of these. Do i still have a chance?
What i have gotten so far:
Bio: D, C
Methods:  E.
English: B+, C+
HHD: UG, C, E
Chem: D, E, E
Left to go:
Bio: Poster, U4 aos 1 sac and U4 aos 2 sac
Methods: Probability SAC,
English: Presenting argument and comparative analysis
HHD: U4 aos1 sac, U4 aos 2 sac
Chem: U4 aos1 sac, scientific poster

Absolutely. Even though your Sac marks are a bit screwy, it depends on your rank. I'm pretty much in the same boat as you and have lost all motivation (been getting average to cohort marks), but as long as you smash your exams, be in at least top 20% of cohort for sacs, and did well on the gat, you could get close to a raw 40 in some of your subjects.

Hey Guys
I've being doing really trash in most of my important subjects due to chronic procrastination
This is what i have received so far:
Methods: E, E  (still one more sac to go)
Bio: D, C, E, D (still one more to go)
Chem: D, E , D+ , C (still one more sac to go)
Eng: C+, B+, D, B, E
Is there still a chance for me to get a 40 s.s for these subjects if i aced the exams? If so what would i have to get on the exams in order to get a 40 in each subject?

Thanks

Can someone help predict my study scores for the following subjects?

English (average cohort)
GA1: 73/100 rank 50/150
GA2: 70/100 rank 70/150
GA3: 43/60

Specialist (very strong cohort)
GA1: 70/100 (will probably scale to 80/100) rank 20-25/100
GA2: low A+ or mid A
GA3: low A+

Japanese SL (very strong top end average bottom)
GA1: 90/100 rank 3/8
GA2: 93/100 rank 3/8
GA3: 80%
(Japanese kind off hard to predict since sac scores are entirely dependent on exam for such a small cohort but whatever)

2019 English | Chemistry | Economics | Specialist  | Japanese SL

2020 B.Eng/Comm
2021 - 2025 B.CS/Comm Diplang in Japanese @ Monash

can not comment on how accurate this is
but I plugged in my last years  scores and it generated a pretty close number
P.s VCAA moderates your scores so this is not set in stone

Bump for Japanese.

Scenario 1: 320/400 for exam. SACs scale to low A+/high A
Scenario 2: 340/400 for exam: SACs scale to low A+/high A
Scenario 3: 360/400 for exam: SACs scale to low A+/high A
(Exam A+ cutoff is 336/400)

Thanks in advanced.

I can try estimate both your scores if you put the actual subject you want predicted lol
