Hey guys,
just wondering; if i dont get my first offer in the december round, do i have to wait for the january round?
or can i still get my second if i dont get my first?

Hey! You'll always get the highest offer you are eligible for, so yep - If you don't get your first preference in a round, but you are eligible for the second, you'll get the second! :)
