Sadly we old honoraries don't have access to such a luxury any longer, therefore we must release/vent somewhere else and it just so happens the idea of BAN has been raised here.

but we all count as young people

I am young in terms of the teachers @ my school but I wouldn't call myself young.... I have to act a lot older than I am for my job.
