Kinda sad really, I finally got to watch Frozen for the first time a while ago (cause, come on guys, it's that movie that everyone has to watch at some time in their life). It wasn't as bad as I expected, and some of the music was pretty good.
what are you saying frozen is lit

In terms of very modern disney movies the best is probably big hero 6  8)

I agree.
Except I may or may not have teared up watching that one 😂

Frozen is everywhere in my house- hard to blame my littlest sister for the obsession though haha :)

As many as you can fit into the cinema.

The Perks of being a Wallflower!

Directed by.. the guy who also directed beauty and the beast (my man, Chobsky).

Now where do I begin...

The Perks of being a wallflower is such a beautiful film (and novel). The title may sound cheesy, but its far from your typical coming of age story. It isn't a teenage kid, starts school finds lovers, goes through heartbreaks , ya di ya di ya film... it's different in the aspect that it tackles mental illness in a way.  I loved the character and film, because I personally identified with the character!  Some of you may connect with the character of Charlie too (or Charlie's friend).

It explores difficult themes, it makes you think, it makes you cry :). Let's just say it starts off innocently enough :P

Spoiler
If any of you just find the trailer and that it's a happy tale, there's a big surprise for you:P
It started off with a rating of R until it was downgraded.

warning
The themes of depression, self harm and abuse are depicted quite vividly at times.

But yes agreed it was tragically sad and my poor heart cannot deal.
Still a great movie.
Even if it tore me apart.

I don't know if it has already been recommended but Your Name is absolutely STUNNING!

If there any anime lovers out there I highly recommend. Or if you're new to the genre this is a good one to get you started haha.
It legit has everything you could ever ask for when it comes to a Japanese animated film.

- Incredible illustrations
- Amazing soundtrack
- Killer (yet confusing - although it adds to the appeal) plot
- Funny moments
- Insight into traditional Japanese culture juxtaposed to the modern society they've become
- all round sweet love story (the proposal who?)
- PLOT TWISTS LEFT AND RIGHT

It's on Netflix go watch it  ;D

LOKI!!!  :'( :'( HE WAS MY FAVOURITE. I want a prequel of his story but it wouldn’t be Tom Hiddleston so it wouldn't be the same  :'( :'( He was the best character, everyone else was so predictable. I’m hoping he comes back in part 2 but I really doubt it

Rumour has it he is in Avengers 4, but it may or may not be part of a flashback scene. My fingers are crossed.

Would recommend the newly released Netflix film 'Set It Up'.
It's a beautiful rom com that isn't too cheesy and is just right :)
