Is this really just a case of a non issue? Students are required to adhere to policies.

Lastly SAME Issue, different schools.. In the name of equality... if it's dictated at an Islamic school and at a Christian school... then technically it is no issue.

These are both private religious schools which have their own values and such... so what's the issue here? They have their own right to set their own policies and rules.

If a school is able to take funding from a secular government then it absolutely should not be able to enforce draconian policies such as this. This is a clear cut case of discrimination and the fact that it's permissible under the law is a disgrace.

tl;dr nearly 75% of this school's funding came from the government.
