Title: HYPNOGRAM

Heyaa everyone,

Would we need to know how to interpret a hypnogram and know how to determine what stage of sleep a person is experiencing, number of times they woke up during sleep, their probable age, etc from a hypnogram.

Yes I think we do since there are discernible changes between the hypnogram of a young child and adolescent, for example. I also think there have been questions using hypnograms on past papers but I'm not 100% sure.

Yes,  you would & there are past exam questions on this
