Transferring from science to arts

Hi guys, so I’m currently in my second semester of first year science and am thinking of possiblly transferring to arts at the end of this year mainly because I would like to major in psychology and minor in economics. I have realised that there are more subjects in arts that I would like to study as opposed to in science. However, if I am able to transfer would I go into second year arts and still complete my degree within the same amount of time, or would it add extra time? My breadth last semester was french, and this semester I am doing introductory microeconomics, I have also done/doing mbb1 and 2  so would this count as credit for arts?
