Help regarding subject selection on science, music and maths

It’s that time of the year again, and I’m facing many dilemmas. I have a few questions to ask you experienced people ;D :
1. How hard is doing 3 sciences at the same time (biology, chemistry and physics)? My strengths and interests are in the sciences and maths department, and I don’t want to choose a subject that I may end up dreading... (like all humanities subjects for example) But then again, I don’t want to have a tonne of workload  :(
2. How hard is the theory component of music performance? I’ve currently started grade 3 theory, will that be sufficient enough? Also, is there a lot of sight-reading, improvisation and transposition?
3. In your opinion, what do you think about doing further 3/4 and specialist 1/2 in year 11 and doing specialist 3/4 and methods 3/4 in year 12? I’m currently studying methods 1/2 and it’s quite interesting for me. I’m quite capable (my unit 1 average was 93 - but have to agree that unit 1 is pretty much revision of previous years’ maths). I’m not sure how much easier further is compared to methods and how hard specialist is compared to methods...

Thank you all for all the help :)

I can answer one of your problem:

Content difficulty doesn't matter as almost everything is based on ranking/percentile (study score, atar, sac moderation, A+ cutoffs, scaling....etc.). So if it's an "easy" subject like further in terms of content, then it is also "easy" for everyone else. Since wanting to well in further, you'll want to get in the mid 40s to alleviate the unforgiving scaling. Coupled with little mistakes that will determine who will get low 40s and who will get high 40s, cause further to be highly competitive (Not just further, they are many subjects like so.)

So go for a subject you're passionate in or you think you'll do well amongst the rest as that will be your actual advantage against your competitors, not the easier content difficulty of said subjects
