What camera did you use, and what exposure to get the stars? The moon photo is fantastic!

What camera did you use, and what exposure to get the stars? The moon photo is fantastic!

Hey, how do you get the trails, but still keep the trees relatively sharp?

Wouldn't they go all woolly and blurred from wind, over long exposure?

To get the trails, I stacked lots of photos in photoshop (each photos had a bit of a star trail)

As for the trees, I got lucky as it was a very still night =) (alternatively, you can photoshop in some still trees  8)

Apologies, totally forgot this post, it was about 40 minutes!

Sidenote: It's been  a little while since I've posted here =). Lots of adventures and exploring in my free time :P

The last photo was particularly risky as a nasty storm  was coming in (so was hail), but I pretty much risked it for the biscuit :,)
