Bye Senior Science! What did you guys think?

Feeling more/less confident for the September exams?

PLEASE don't write the exam questions here - they are under security until week 5 for illness and misadventure students.

I only had a gripe with I think 2 multiple choice but on the whole i thought the paper was very kind :D
Couldnt have asked for better option questions!
Weird how there was no 8 marker at the end though? Only a 7 marker early on?

Feel free to post on here about what you guys/girls thought as well! Want to know if thinking it was "easy" is a bad sign lol ;D

Really? 8 markers are extremely scarce now these days - whilst it's not taken out, generally the maximum amount of marks in a question with 7.

In recent times I've only heard about one biology paper having an 8 marker and that was it for the sciences.

I would hate to ruin your big 1-0-0-0 so feel free to not reply ;) but in the 2013 independent bio trial there was a 9 marker. In every Bio HSC Q30 (the last q) is an 8 marker. Normally Senior follows suit. Cant say if thats the case for the other sciences though :)

Ouch!! That's nasty, Physics and Chem definitely stop at 7 marks! :P

9 marks? That is absolutely brutal...

Had a flip through the last 6 or so biology papers, wow what's with the love for 8 markers. It was a while ago since the last 8 marker in physics.

9 is ridiculous... I've never heard of that being allowed.

Yes I have only ever seen one and that was the other day in the 2013 Independent Trial for Bio. hopefully the CSSA 2016 Exam will be kinder :)

I agree 8 markers are a killer, anything above 6 is bad enough.
