The idea that Biomed has little opportunities is kind of false tbh. I know it is common viewpoint though. Obviously there are the classical paths most people take but there are plenty of things people can do. Some listed below, a lot of these courses are related to health and science So it would be reasonable to think someone who is interested in med would also be interested in these things if they were not able to get in. A lot of these courses result in careers within the same field as med and even working in the same places with patients e.g. Nursing, physiotherapy etc
