Majorities of the covers by Kurt Hugo Schneider done in collaborations are really good  :)

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s2ZCxEwjpPU <-- Better than the original in my own opinion
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AXf4krO_zGc <--- Another good one

Also Leroy Sanchez's cover of Ed Sheeran's Perfect is just perfect.

I'm going to have to put two in here, but the first:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wC5EaOcgx90   --> Death Cab for Cuties cover of 'This Charming Man' by the Smiths. This is from the album that is full over covers, appropriately called 'You Can Play These Songs With Chords'. It was this album that actually got me into Death Cab, so eternally grateful. Two of my favourite bands in one song.

Second:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LGmQXuySF28 -->  Herb alpert & the tijuana brass covering 'A Taste of Honey' by the Beatles. Don't know how on earth I found this, but it somehow made it its way onto my car playlist on spotify. It came on the other day for the first time, and I like it because it largely removes the creepy elements of the original version. I mean, for that reason, I guess it changes the song in its entirety, but nonetheless, v groovy.

This is a cover of Here Comes The Sun by The Beatles, done by called Ghost B.C. The original sounds so happy, but the cover sounds so ominious. It's very well done.

Not bad, but haven't heard the original for a frame of reference. 😂 I do enjoy a lot of Like a Version, though.

Okay, so one at a time - this is a cover of Still Into You by Paramore. The original I feel gets into a rush of fun and good times, which is cool, but this one replaces all the drums and guitar with a violin and melodic harmonies. The overall experience is a lot sweeter and low-key, which I absolutely adore - it makes me love it more than the original.
