HELP ME WITH TIMETABLE PLS

mine looks like this... what the fudge im meant to have 25 contact hours. this is from allocate+ when i clicked on 'my timetable' after putting preferences in

I'm guessing those are the lectures that you are guaranteed (as there are no other preferences?). atm for me my timetable is completely empty

They're just lectures, you haven't been allocated into the tutorials/labs yet. So far, you've only put in preferences; allocate+ is still processing them.  The lectures show because those are "auto-allocated". The tutes/labs will show when the allocations are released (later in feb).

i think that just means you've been allocated in that unit, the other units you havent been allocated in yet

Um... what happens if you get clashes? Do you have to sort that shit out or does the uni do it automatically?

yeah what methodsboy said, your other tutes and stuff havent been allocated. I dont think you can do anything about your clashes, you'll just have to skip the lectures and catch up at home or something. Your 2nd year unit really fucks up everything

timetables aren't even out yet, you get them in like early feb. If you've put in all your preferences in allocate then thats it.

does it matter if your preferences clash? or does the program sort that all out so you don't get any. i just put 1 in the latest possible time, then went backwards towards 8-9am.

and can you change your timetable after they come out.

yeah it does matter lol, its not going to sort it out for you. if ur lectures clash theres nothing u can do about it lol, thats uni man

should i go into uni tomorrow and get someone to help me and go through allocate+ and mutts with me? i have no idea where to go or who to go to, but i remember one of the ladies saying if you need help you can come in and book a time

they are there because its autoallocated. for the labs you put the preferences in and wait until feb22

you should right out your timetable, what times you want and just sort it out by hand or excel. it was much easier for me then using stupid mutts. then you can actually see where things clash and put your first preferences which make sense and that dont clash...
