Assuming H is the height of the big triangle, which is equal to A+B
$\text{Let the base of the triangle be }x$
$\text{In the big overarching triangle}\\ \tan 17^\circ = \frac{10}{x} \implies x=\frac{10}{\tan 17^\circ}$
$\text{Small triangle on the bottom:}\\ \tan 12^\circ = \frac{B}{x} \implies B = x \tan 12^\circ = \left(\frac{10}{\tan 17^\circ}\right)\tan 12^\circ$
