Hi everyone! I'm doing an investigative report for a chem 1/2 outcome, and basically I have no idea how I'm supposed to do my in-text citations for consecutive sentences that all come from the same source.
Here's an example, with information that's all from the same journal:
Certain nanomaterials contain properties that can be used in various medical apparatus, such as sensors and monitoring devices. For example, gold nanowires can be wrapped around tissue fibres, sandwiched between PDMS sheets, and attached to an electrical circuit. When pressure is applied to the PDMS sheets, the nanowires make contact with the electrical wires and create an electrical current whose strength is relative to the amount of pressure applied. This highly-sensitive, instantaneous flexible sensor is able to be used in numerous ways, such as measuring wrist pulse.
That's four sentences. Would I put (Cheng, 2014) after all 4 sentences, or is it sufficient to just put it once at the end? Or is there just a better way to do it in general??
