Social Learning Theory

Could someone please define Social Learning Theory?
How does it relate to schedules of reinforcement? How does it differ?
Why is it a psychological factor not a sociocultural factor as it seems to imply?

Thank you in advance.

This might help.

"Social learning theory is a perspective that states that people learn within a social context. It is facilitated through concepts such as modeling and observational learning"
