Normal Distribution Question from Essential Methods textbook

Hey, I'm having trouble with this question on normal distribution. This is Qn 8 from Chapter 17 Review questions in the Essential Methods textbook.

8.  The weekly error (in seconds) of a brand of watch is known to be normally distributed. Only those watches with an error of less than 5 seconds are acceptable.
    a) Find the mean and standard deviation of the distribution of error if 3% of watches are rejected for losing time and 3% of watches are rejected for gaining time.
    b) Determine the probability that fewer than two watches are rejected in a batch of 10 such watches.

Some enlightenment would be greatly appreciated :) Thanks!
