Is a 46 raw in further possible still?

So I just received my latest SAC mark for further (online schools really destroying me atm)

My sac marks are
SAC1: 85% Finacial
SAC2: 98% data part 1
SAC3: 84% data part 2
SAC4: not completed (measurement)

If I am able to achieve 38-39/40 for exam 1 and achieve high 90’s on exam 2 do I even have a chance?

Really depends how strong your cohort is! I'd say yes, especially if you can reach high 90s in your final SAC.

2020 - 2024: Bachelor of Laws (Honours)/Bachelor of Commerce @ Monash University

You are absolutely still a chance - given how much the exams are worth, SACs won't count you out for much - though you should be aiming for full marks on Exam 1 to give yourself that buffer, to be honest! There is a huge difference between 38 and 39 - you should be thinking about full-marking that exam and conducting your preparations as if that's your goal (and if you miss out, then that's a-okay).

Good luck with everything - you're an absolute beast for keeping your marks up through COVID. Keep hustling, and find another gear come September-October to meet those exam grade goals!
✌️just do what makes you happy ✌️
