Access Melbourne question

Hey everyone

I'm confused on this topic and I wanted to double check with you guys.

So my school qualifies for the under represented school category and also I qualify for the rural/isolated area.

Would I be able to get into University Of Melbourne (let's say bachelor of science) with a atar of 78 when access Melbourne guaranteed entry atar is 78.00.

My careers counsellor told me if you get the minimum atar (78 in this case) you would get into your desired course with under represented school category. Is this true?!
