Does anyone have any good notes that show the relationship between the styles and skills, I am finding this quite difficult.
Thank you

This can initially be quite tricky to wrap your head around, but I'm sure you'll begin to see their relationship. The way I looked at it was that the management style a manager uses in the workplace dictates/influences the management skills they will employ. For example, a manager that uses an autocratic management style would utilise the communication skill in a one-way manner, top-to-bottom without listening to feedback. Due to features of this style, an autocratic manager wouldn't utilise interpersonal skills. Therefore, you can pick a management style and try to identify/explain management skills that would fit the style.
