Was it just me or was last year's exam 2 easier than today's?

I found today's exam quite challenging, especially with the number of questions with constants like "a" i really hate constant questions lol. I found last year's exam alot easier than today's. Did anyone else feel today's exam 2 was harder then last year's exam 2?

If I post this in the exam discussion thread I'll be tempted to look at the solutions, which is why I'm trying to stay from the discussion boards
