I also have an analogy for the Types of Markets for anyone who has read or watched the Hunger Games Trilogy
In the Hunger Games, the Districts go from District 12 ( the mining district, a Resource Market ) to the Capitol ( basically the consumer Market )
District 6 is a transport district ( An industrial Market )
District 5 is a power supply district ( A mass market )
District 1 is a luxury item maker and retail district ( A niche, intermediate market )
