Anyone who has done UNIB20007 Genetics, Health, and Society, could you please write a review?

EDIT: Shouldn't we sticky this thread?

I'll write one later when I get a chance.
As for stickying this thread, nah, no reason to

I bought Lehingers Biochemistry (4th) today for $8. I was going to buy 5th edition (currently used) but someone was selling it for $8?? Barely used too. Those taken Biochem before, think it will be suitable for the current course?

You absolutely do not need to refer to the Textbook AT ALL!!!

YOU JUST WASTED 8 DOLLARS!!!

But in Biochem we are merely learning about the principles so i'm sure the 4th edition will suffice. He even said so in the introductory lecture.

Oh noes! Well at least it wasn't ~$100, or whatever riduculous price the book store charges.

Anyone know of a nice lv 2 breadth/science semester 2 subject with low hours and relatively even assessment?

EDIT: Wasted? Not so. I could easily resell for ~$20 thus making a $12 profit!

Ah, that ones level 3 but it looks promising. Was the tutorial paper/blog marked harshly?

EDIT: Do you think someone could handle biochem, human phys and research based phys in one semester?

Nothing wrong with level 3. And the marking is pretty fair, just put effort in and you'll get good marks

Well, I am.

PS: Mike, my friend says she doesn't have her notes.  Not only will this disappoint you, but me also, because I don't even know what I am meant to be studying for Physics -.-

Is it sad that I spent almost 2 minutes doubled over at this?

During O-Week, seems Thursday and Friday are reserved for looking at clubs around Uni. Does that mean we don't have to go? Also I see that the Club expos are from 11-3. Surely we don't need 4 hours to see everything?

(yea i know stupid question but i wanna know lol)
