IA3 research investigation ideas

I need ideas for my research investigation. It needs to be from Unit 4, so mainly just organic chemistry. I am planning on making up my own claim. Only problem is that collecting relevant and sufficient data is hard. At times I have data but not enough scientific evidence is available to explain the reason for trends. Can some please recommend me the relationship I could focus on? One that you or someone you know did and had enough data and theory. Thank you.
