i've done 2 and a half practice exams to date, i'm going to do one today but one of the prac exams i did, well i had 9 minutes left and all was left was an 8 marker. I couldn't be bothered so i'm like nah leave it for now :p.
i must admit, most prac exams have similar questions so they get tedious and kind of... well boring (NOOOO i didn't just say that for legal!) Although i do like the vcaa ones.

You can let it out... Legal is tedious and boring at times :P (that sounds more like me :))

Jeez i havn't even started doing any....probably will start next weekend after i've finished revising my notes. I'm doing a long in depth revision of the course before starting practise exams.....i did it for revs last year and it worked then 8-)

YAY!!! IVE DONE A WHOLE 2 EXAMS!!! =D
not that great... considering this whole week has been procrastination to the max.
i did a neap on and the VCE notes one. that was actually pretty cleverly put together. no real time issues with it. got majority done beside the bits i havent covered in the course yet.
ive gotten my teacher to correct both :)

It's not good for you hard, especially considering you want a 40+ in it. :P

Oh so you did the VN one? :) That's some good feedback. Hopefully on one has any issues with it . lol
let me know how you went on it (mark) so i know the difficulty of the exam that we created.

i hadnt finished the course so i couldnt do 2 parts of the question regaurding changes in the legal system and the one before that.
other then that it was alright actually :)
gets you thinking and after the exam you feel like you gotta look over the little things coz ANYTHING CAN BE TESTED!
but kudos to you :)

yer you're right i shouldn't procrastinate but what i do is i study for let's say 45 minutes, then i find an interesting tv show, then 2 hrs later i come back and study for 45 minutes then find something interesting on the net then 2 hrs later come back and do a practice exam.

thats the same with me!
but its normally vce notes and msn that makes me porcrastinate. or my ipod O.O

I tried another exam for legal last night. My teacher corrected it and I got 45/60. :'(. I totally screwed up the last question, had no time to finish it in the period allocated. Will I get any good marks this year? :(

yes i was referring to you. well since the exam is out of 120, double 45 and you get 90 which according to vcaa is still an A as of 2007.

Wow... That's generous. I would be over the moon with an A in the exam! :D. I would be over the moon with anything which isn't a C (I hate C's :()

i did one today at school...our school holds trial exams in the last week of the holidays (we have 3 weeks btw) and the one at school i finished with a fair bit of time to spare which was good....altogehter ive done about 4-5 prac exams for legal

i've done 3 so far, well the thrid one i've finished 75% of it but i just paused the time, haven't looked at anything and i'm coming back to it.

I just finished another practice exam today. 50/60. Getting better and better at Legal, hopefully anyway. :)

ive been at the SWOT thing
one of the best weeks of my school life!
and so.... neglected legal :( coz there was no lecture for legal
still a couple more weeks to go :)
start cracking!

Did around 3.
Got in the mid 50s for each one. Hard to really mark oneself accurately in legal, especially with the 8 markers due to subjectivity.

i have a practice one in class tomorrow which should be interesting however.
my brother marks them for me which is good to get an objective view, they're so tedious!!

Doing practice exams is all about timing, not knowledge. Anyone can learn all the content, but applying the right parts and doing so in a timely manner will ultimately differentiate the good form the great.
