Is it still possible to get above 40?

I recently got my economics sac back, and I have to say I didn’t do as well as I should have due to poor time management. I placed about 6-8/40 in my school cohort for the sac. I’d say my cohort is pretty average, with about 10-15 “good” students in it. Is it still possible for me to get above 40, even though I did not get a high rank?
Thanks for any help.

Yes - you still have time to change your overall rank

Hi, I also got my SAC back, I got about  35/60 and maybe rank 40 in my cohort consisting of about 55 “average” students.... is it possible for me to get a study score of 24-30??
Thanks for any help.

It could be possible, yes.

My advice is to not worry about rankings and study score predictions. VCE (esp. yr12) is an absolute shit show, where VCAA looks at cohort performance on exam, sac rankings, sac difficulty etc. to the point where prediction might be skewed.

Just aim high for the next sacs and for the final exam.
Hope this helps
