Can you work in Human Resources with just a management major rather than a HR Major ?

Yes, definitely! IIRC you can do relevant coursework on HR management within a management major, and for the most part, most jobs in corporate aren't specific to the major you've done in uni, since you learn much more on the job than hitting the books alone. Good luck!
2018-2020: Bachelor of Actuarial Science (+ Econometrics), Monash
2021: Bachelor of Commerce (Honours), Econometrics & Financial Mathematics, Monash
2022-2023: Work and some soul-searching

Yes at an entry level - there are alot of more senior HR positions in large companies that like to see HR focussed honours/masters, but to just start out your career the answer is yes, a management major is fine as long as you do as many HR subjects as there are offered and maybe some psych/sociology ones as electives :)
