Hi Guys,

I have a quick question here.

How do you recommend to take notes during Lectures for Engineering? Writing in books or typing on a Laptop?

Thanks. All replies will be much appreciated.  :)

It’s really up to you and how you learn best. If you learn best via a computer, type away! If you learn best by drawing diagrams by hand, then go for that.

It’s purely a personal preference.

Hey, dream chaser!

As AW said above, it really comes down to what works best for you. I personally prefer hand-written/hardcopy notes. I don't do Engineering but I do a lot of units that require me to draw diagrams and notate music during my lectures which is much easier to do with manuscript paper (or graph/lined paper in your case) and a pencil than on the computer in real time  :) You can always make softcopy notes later on in your own time if you would prefer them to be backed up digitally and to have them neater and well-presented for revision. You could always try out both and find out but I'm definitely on team hand-written notes  8) Hope that helps!
