Hey guys! Random question but in my music class when the teacher asks for the tempo and I use Italian terms she ignores them and accepts what everyone else in class says which is something like ‘moderate’ or ‘very fast’ but it doesn’t make sense. Am I wrong?

Hey,
In music 1, you could probably use either Italian or English terms for tempo. But I think it would be better if you understood and used the Italian ones. What isn't making sense? :)
