Being honest with you, and my teacher also said this throughout the year, buying notes is not the way to excel at English. The assessors and teachers want to see YOUR development, interpretation and knowledge of the text. That's not to say notes are useless, they are very good, but you must generate your own ideas to excel. Nevertheless, notes are helpful and there are a treasure trove of notes on here for free. (: also depending on your texts I could send you some of mine if you are interested.

Good luck for next year. 😊

Try to abstain from commercial sources for your notes. examiners are aware of the points made in them and tbh most of them are pretty surface level.
However, if you do really need some notes (which you can use a springboard for your own ideas), I'd recommend VATE. It's run by teachers and they have some pretty good stuff for some of the texts. Definitely check it out if you really need some help!

As the others said, it's really helpful to make your own notes in depth because you see the world differently to everyone else, and the examiners look for points of difference when ranking.

That said, I do have some 8-10/10 prac exam essays and A+ SAC essays that I can sell for a relatively cheap price ($5 each) as I personally found that by looking at what others did, you can learn and strengthen your own writing. I studied persepolis for section A and the longest memory and black diggers for section B.

Message me for details if you want!!!!

Hey here are some free 20/20 essays I wrote (raw 49SS) to the past VCAA Argument Analysis section. Msg me if you'd like some explainer videos detailing how I wrote them  :)

I'll add also that commercial resources are a total waste of money. They are usually (actually basically always) pretty crap. Best resources tend to be from past top-scoring students. Try and get past essays and the like from the students who scored above 47 at your school.
