Hey,
I heard that if you get an atar above 99 , and get 75%+ WAM, you are guaranteed a place at MD at the university of Melbourne. Is this true?
Thanks!

You can if you get a competitive gpa, gamsat, and interview. You can't expect a government subsidised med school place in a top 10 med school on a silver platter.
