I feel like a little kid who’s eaten too many lollies.

Seriously crazy how much energy I have now that I’m not wasting it all on VCE hahaha.

My journal has been read 243 times😨... I NEVER expected that! 🤔😳 Why does that make me so nervous?

EDIT: since I posted that it's now 250😯

You're being open, that's why you're nervous. With over 10,000 views on my own "life" journal, I know the feeling! There are a lot of people on ATAR Notes, both guests and members. If you've posted something personal, and it stresses you out a bit, it's easy to delete. But you're stepping out and being somewhat vulnerable.
(Also, just a side note, your own views on a topic count as well, so if you've been looking at it 20 times a day most of the views would be you :) )
Thoughts are only thoughts.
They are not you. You do belong to yourself,
even when your thoughts don't.

After watching the trailer for the movie 'Love Simon', I made myself restrain from watching the movie until I read the book. I really liked both the book and the movie, I thought they adapted the film well. What did you think?

I recently watched the Ready Player One movie after reading the book, and it was very disappointing in comparison. The book was amazing, I really recommend it!

This is old but whatevs...
I actually didn’t really like the book.
All those dungeons and dragons references just flew straight over me.. :o
I thought that the movie was kinda better cos you either *got* the Easter eggs or didn’t notice them which made it better for a bigger audience....

:D Thanks! And no... I haven't looked at it except to post! ;D

Most of my historical knowledge is from 'My Story' (especially My Royal Story) books I was hooked on for 2/3 years! :D Did you know Queen Victoria's father was tragically killed at just 53? ;D #randomfact

For some reason I don't hate cleaning as much now that I've finished HSC? Don't know why but I'm not complaining.

Legit same here. I am tidying up and rearranging stuff in my room and not seeing it as a chore.

Same, but for me it varies depending on the task. Eg. in exam season I can be found procrastibaking but despite that, my motivation for any form of cooking is low atm.

I prefer the first. I only use the latter to say "adulthood".

I got nothing last year :(     (except a letter from unimelb telling me I wasn't rural)

Edit: Do they do this based on VTAC applications or something?  I'm not sure how else they would have addresses

In 2014, it was sleeping masks with the Monash logo and a few words (I forgot what they were) on it.
