Special Relativity

Hi!
I am trying to embed the concept of special relativity in my head but it's super hard. I was wondering what are some resources that will help me learn this topic. Also, I feel that my book (heinemann physics 3/4) has unneccessary content compared to the study design for special relativity, so in a summary or a list, what are the things that I need and should know?? There's random stuff for atomic clocks, the gedaken train, and a whole bunch of history stuff and newtons assumptions. Could someone please help me out? thank you!

In terms of a summary, the study design is probably your best bet

In terms of resources, Khan Academy has some applicable stuff such as time dilation but there is also some things that are probably irrelevant to VCE. I'd also have a look at Hyperphysics.
