probs a stupid question

hey guys sac is very soon and on revision sheet there is a question,
what do the following mean,
role and structure of the house of parliament?

i am not sure how to interpret the question?

Roles of House of Reps?

- Initiate Laws
- Determine/Form the government
- Represent the people
- Publicise and Scrutinise government policy
- Control expenditure/Balance the books

yea i new it was a stupid question just wasn't sure but thanks so it was just the role of the lower how in parliament.
