QUESTION FROM EXAM

Hey hey,
exam was quite good.
One question that was debated at our school was the one regarding
"Which court would a case go to dealing with Constitutional implications"
(it was worded a lot better, just writing what I can remember)

I assumed this would be the High Court (Full Bench) as it deals with the Consitution.
Another school has claimed it's the Supreme Court- as the act the case deals with is in Victoria
I have searched the textbook, but no where do I find anything to do with Constitutional implications being delath with at the Supreme Court? :/

i said it was the High Court, and pretty sure of that.
the next question part of it which was about S109 sort of confirmed it. well i hope.
