Looks like they wanted to end the old syllabus with a bang huh. Making circle geometry the very last question, right before it gets thrown out of the syllabus.

A bit taken aback by the projectile motion appearing.

Did anyone find this paper long?

I'm gonna have an attempt at Q15 and Q16 later. I'm happy to post my solutions after I do so, but I'm not sure what NESA's new policy is now with this. So I may need to take them down if instructed to.

At first glance it felt easier than 2018. But some of those questions just looked like they had a lot of words, and I haven't taken that into account yet.

I probably shouldn't be on here because Bio's on Monday but....

Do you mind telling us the solutions for multiple choice?

I think I messed up last two MC. :(

Imo, I thought it was harder than 2018 and similar to 2017 but that might've been due to exam stress.

Will get there asap. Just wanna get rid of Q16 and Q15 before going elsewhere! I'll note to jump to the M/C straight after them.

I took a quick glance at Q9. I had an idea but I began doubting myself, so I'll need to think more about it!

While they were signing off papers, I realised that it's probably D. Misread the question as asking for g(x) (internally screaming).

Note: If NESA requests this to be taken down, I'll be forced to comply. Juggling 2U on top of this. Please let me know of any errors.

Multiple Choice

Question 13

Question 15
Ignore the alternate method for Q15 a) i). The result is wrong, so it wouldn't have worked.

Yeah, I suspected it may have been D. Bad luck there :(

Would anyone be able to post a solution to the collinear proof in the conics question? Might be stupid but im curious as to how the seemingly difficult algebra simplifies nicely

I’ve answered it but the image is too big to upload ‘apparently’

If you're willing to upload your own solution, what i do is quite awkward - I make an account on imgur, upload it there, and then copy the link onto here :')

Otherwise after the MC, I guess the conics question joins the queue? :D
